為鼓勵校園跑步文化,由體育事務部 (OSA) 主辦的跑步興趣班將於9月13日起開始舉行。課程的時間表及詳情如下:

請於本年9月9日(星期五)或之前 登入 https://isw.umac.mo/eform/showBrowseFormPage.do選取 “OSA” 網上報名, 填寫 ” Registration Form of Running Interest Course2016″ 電子報名表格。

如報名人數超過25人將以抽籤方式取錄。

錄取名單將於報名結束後以電郵方式通知。凡獲錄取的學生及教職員須按照電郵通知中的指定限期內回覆電郵以確定參加。逾期視作自動放棄,其名額將按照順序預留給後補名單人士。後補人士如收到取錄通知後,同樣須於指定之日期內回覆電郵以確定參加,才被視為報名成功。

注意事項
1. 請穿著運動服裝、跑鞋,帶備毛巾、飲用水及更換衣物
2. 隨身物品可儲存於運動場內設置之儲物櫃
3. 若有受傷或身體不適等情況,上課前一定要告知導師
4. 若導師因事無法到場,將由助教或其他導師代課
5. 課程期間若調整上課地點,將通過電郵及澳大電子公告欄通知
6. 如因天氣等不可抗力因素而取消課程,將於開課前2.5小時過電郵及澳大電子公告欄通知,不設補課
7. 建議參加者請勿在上課前兩小時內進食

Please submit the registration form from https://isw.umac.mo/eform/showBrowseFormPage.do(select OSA>Registration Form of Running Interest Course 2016) on or before 9 Sep 2016 (Friday) 13:00.

If the number of enrollment exceeds the maximum quota, the enrollment will be drawn at random.

The admission notice will be announced by email after the registration deadline. All the admitted student/staff should reply for confirming the attendance by a specific deadline according to the admission notice. Late reply will be considered as abandonment, and the quota will be allocated to the waiting list according to the order.

People who are on the waiting list may receive the course confirmation notice if there is quota to be released, and the confirmation should be done before the specified deadline so as to complete the registration.

Reminders
1. Please wear sports apparel, running shoes during the course. And bring a towel, drinking water and a set of clothes for changing.
2. Personal belongings can be stored in lockers which set up in the stadium.
3. If you get any injury or sick, please be sure to inform the instructor before class.
4. If the instructor cannot attend the course due to personal issue, other instructor or assistants will take the substitution.
5. Any adjustment of the course venue will be informed by Email and UM E-bulletin.
6. Cancellation of the courses due to weather or other force majeure will be informed in 2.5 hours before the course by Email and UM E-bulletin, and make up class will not be provided.
7. Please do not take food 2 hours before the course.
