報名及錄取方法:先報名、後抽籤

請於 本年8月31日(星期三)下午5時或之前 填妥報名表並以題目: 2016 OSA-Pilates Interest Course Registration電郵至體育事務部 (osa.development@umac.mo)

錄取名單將於
2016年9月2日(星期五)或之前以電郵方式通知。凡獲錄取的學生及教職員須於9月8日(星期四)或之前,於辦公時間內前往體育事務部(澳大綜合體育館 (N8) 1樓1017室)繳付報名費,逾期視作自動放棄,而其名額將由後補名單人士替代。後補人士將於9月9日(星期五)收到繳費通知,並須於指定之日期內繳交相關的報名費用,才被視為正式報名成功。

  • 錄取者繳交報名費後才會被正式確認報名成功
  • 為了更能善用資源,懇請學員於報名獲確認後依時出席及參與。
  • 最終成班需視乎報名人數。
備註:
  • 建議參加者參加活動前不應過飢或過飽;
  • 參加者需自備1張普拉提墊或2張瑜伽墊合併使用
  • 為不影響導師及課程參加,請務必於於上課時間開始之前5分鐘報到出席

Registration and Confirmation Method:
To send registration first and then Quota Draw

Please send the completed registration form to OSA (osa.development@umac.mo) by email on or before 31 August 2016 (Wednesday) 17:00 using 2016 OSA-Pilates Interest Course Registration as subject.

The admission notice will be announced by email on or before 2 September 2016 (Friday). All the admitted students and staff should approach to OSA(room 1017, 1/F, UM Sports Complex (N8)) to pay the registration fee during working hours on or before 8 September 2016 (Wednesday). Late payment will be considered as abandonment, and the quota will be allocated to the waiting list according to the order.

People who are on the waiting list may receive the course payment notice on 9 September (Friday) if there is quota can be released, and the payment should be settled before the deadline to complete the registration.

  • The successful registration will be confirmed upon successful payment
  • For a better use on the resources, kindly attend to the class on schedule once the enrolment has been confirmed.
  • The confirmation of the class is subject to the number of participants.
Reminders:
  • Hunger and satiety are not suggested before the lesson
  • Participants should prepare their own Pilates mats or 2 yoga mats to be use together
  • In order that the course to be held smoothly, please arrive 5 minutes earlier before the course time
